      Good starting pay Very diverse and inclusive Work from home opportunity

      Cons

      If you are not good with organization and time management this position is not for you! Within the first 6 months if you are not performing to their standards they will write you up, and tell you that you have 90 days to improve or you’ll be fired. The environment is very performance driven. In some ways it can seem like they care about numbers more than their employees.

      Highly competitive compensation, generous annual bonuses, and excellent bonuses such as 401(k) matching and annual credits, tuition reimbursement, childcare support, affordable healthcare, vision, dental, and additional unique benefits for all stages of life and discounts for fun things like shopping and products that may be of desire!

      Cons

      It is a competitive place for high performers, but it is motivating and not intimidating in my opinion!

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
