      Team helps all the way and let you take leadership roles. They also start little by little giving you tasks until you know how the system and then you can choose your tasks. If you need help there is always someone to come help you and explain you.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
