      Competitive salary, decent benefits, nice looking office.

      Cons

      Absolutely no work-life balance. There is a ton of work that cannot possibly be processed in an 8 hour day. You work at least an hour to two daily of unpaid overtime just to keep up as the management has zero tolerance of you not maintaining your monthly stats. Management is aware everyone works extra hours, however they will not authorized overtime.. I endured the most stress I have ever experienced. It came down to realizing the job was not worth my health and sanity.

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
