- Job posting can be misleading. This is not a "data science" role, it's a data analyst role
- No guarantee of placement role type, which can be detrimental early in career. For example, you may be placed into a role that's mostly regulatory with little data analysis
- The program isn't very respected among Liberty employees, especially outside of the Product org. In most other companies that have post-college rotational programs, the programs appear to be much more prestigious
- Interviewers (both peers and experienced Liberty employees) can be biased. I have personally seen 2 candidates get rejected from the program because of biases related to protected classes
