Pros

Depending on your manager, there's minimal micromanagement. Very strong in training and sales process. Sales people have a line of service reps to help free up time to sell.

Cons

Pay the first year is tough due to lack of customer base. Commission structure could be better defined.

Pros

Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

Cons

Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
