      For the most part they have really good people that work here

      Cons

      Long hours, forced to skip breaks and lunches to meet the demand. There really is rule or a policy for everything as if claims are one size fits all. Does not allow for critical thinking and more of a check the box mentality.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
