      Salary is very fair. Not a bad place to work. You can get by pretty easily by just going with the flow and not challenging the norm.

      Cons

      IT and Systems are horrible. Talent becomes burned out and frustrated easily.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
