      Pros

      The health coverage is pretty decent but that is about it.

      Cons

      LM overworks their employees (180+ claims case loads are common), advancement is based on who you know, no room for mistakes, managers constantly throw their employees under the bus, HR is untrustworthy and does not keep your information, or concerns confidential.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
