The money may be tempting, but do yourself a favor get your experience in another position. The sales rep is a thankless position, branch managers are only looking to protect themselves. You are without question replaceable and just a sales number. Constant infighting to get credit for policies the call center writes that you should get credit for. You'll never be able to move into the corporate section once you're in field sales
