      Obvious discrimination based on race and sex. Bullying is definitely embedded in the culture. No help from Employee Relations. Bullying even came from that department!

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
