      Independence. Flexible Schedule. Pay OK.

      Cons

      Pay is just ok, comparably. Disorganized, no feeling of job security. Male dominated environment, especially when it comes to raises and promotions. Pay and performance structure making it difficult to guage or improve status. Great oppurtunities for promotion....if you are male, and due to such high turnover.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
