      Good compensation and benefits. Heading in the right direction. Strong company overall that will remain strong in the future.

      Cons

      Transformation is painful and a top-down approach switching to agile methodologies has been employed. Decisions at the Sr. Leadership level lack cohesion and have been very reactionary.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
