      Cons

      Management is more focused on burning out valuable resources than hiring more bodies to even out work load. Superior case handlers are punished for effeciency by having to do the work of adjuster who can not successfully do the work. Safeco brand values seniority over skill in choosing promotions

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
