      Pay, Benefits, Team Environment, Working Hours, Unlimited Overtime

      Cons

      Nit picking, Micro management. If not graduate from prestigious school no chance of advancing. If over 40 yrs old you there is no advancement opportunities(or even working there). Worthless daily sunrise meetings.

      Pros

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
