      Large company, great compensation package, paid time off, flexible scheduling, well known. Variety of positions - management encourages mobility. Diverse group.

      Cons

      Liberty is a bit "old school." Some of the policies and practices, and certainly the computer systems, are very outdated. As within any big company, there are some politics which may interfere with fair career progression.

      Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

      Cons

      Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
