      benefits are great including pension flexible work environment great employees 401k contributions are great as well as bonus structure and performance review

      communications with staff and systems issues that need to be resolved to assist in workloads but this should definitely be updated shortly

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
