      Excellent training, worked with great people.

      Cons

      Overworked and Understaffed because they keep having layoffs. The CEO Ted Kelly keeps pocketing 20M a year. What a joke, maybe he could pass some of that along to his employees instead of huge layoffs.

      Diverse culture, work life balance, flexibility

      Cons

      They go through layoff regularly. Lay offs are massive, whole organizations at a time. They have multiple waves a year. I’m not sure how anything gets accomplished from so much firing and hiring and moving. Whoever’s left takes the burden and realizes they’re next. It’s bad for motivation and productivity.
