      I just returned from maternity leave - 16 weeks - and have been so grateful for the support I've received from my entire team and beyond. I was able to enjoy my time with my family without worrying about my job. This is after receiving a promotion before going out on leave. My hard work was recognized and I was able to jump right back in. Grateful for a company that supports working parents.

      Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

      Cons

      Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
