Pros

Work from home, paid training at an hourly rate.

Cons

They say if you hit your sales goals you will make 75k the first year and after a year you will get a promotion and will be at 85k a year. That is extremely misleading. Yes some do make that their first and second year however its very few. You will make 45k a year at a base pay and if you hit your goal you will get 1,200 a month. Your actual yearly pay if you are just hitting goal is 59,400 a year. On your second year you do get a promotion and the leads are better but with the better leads your goal goes up too. There is no pay increase. You will still be at 45k base and 1,200 a month if you hit goal. They also said that if you are a higher sales rep you will be able to pick your schedule. They offer shift bids twice a year. In the past year they chose to defer shift bids both times. So no one was able to pick their shifts. You will be assigned a shift regardless of how well you preform.

Pros

Work from home, only in office twice a month

Cons

-Extremely high paced -Too many claims. Caseload is way too big. -Super stressful having to deal with customers. A lot of them don’t understand insurance or what their policy covers so you will constantly deal with pissed off uninformed insureds -metrics are unrealistic and unattainable. You need to have a 98% answer rate but at the same time you have a million cases and people calling you constantly so this is impossible to achieve. On top of that you have to actually document and determine liability. -Awful work life balance
