      One of the best place to start your career in P&C insurance world. You'll learn a lot and hands on experience. Additionally, you'll learn how the whole car and home insurance industry really works. It will help you with your own car and home insurance. One of the place I truly made a lot of $$$$

      Cons

      You are married to your desk. You get paid but married to your desk. The KPIs are a bit much over 13 different KPI to meet. Also, you cannot be tardy or miss work.

      There are no pros to working here. I just thought of one, you have a chance to work remotely so you don’t have to see your toxic, incompetent manager in person every day.

      Toxic, hostile culture Favoritism to the extreme 50-60 hours a week work but get paid for 40 Being forced to give your manager a 9-10 on a survey when they don’t deserve it to avoid fear of retaliation Coworkers crying and having panic attacks on a daily basis Just everything
