Pros

Benefits - pay - FTO - come workers

Cons

Focus too much on DEI!! No loyalty they will put 20+ year employees on a PIP to force them to leave - Management and Upper Management provide no support unless you are a favorite! They will be nice to your face and then work hard to fire you. The last 5-8 years have been horrible - no work life balance - processes out the a## - they prefer form over substance- lots of clicks with management- No calibration between teams - One team can do things a certain way and you will get put on a PIP if you are in another team doing same thing!! In the last year I have personally seen them single out older employees with lots of tenure - lots of age discrimination - they keep you from getting positions in different depts

Work from home, only in office twice a month

Cons

-Extremely high paced -Too many claims. Caseload is way too big. -Super stressful having to deal with customers. A lot of them don’t understand insurance or what their policy covers so you will constantly deal with pissed off uninformed insureds -metrics are unrealistic and unattainable. You need to have a 98% answer rate but at the same time you have a million cases and people calling you constantly so this is impossible to achieve. On top of that you have to actually document and determine liability. -Awful work life balance
