Pros

In my team they value their people, they invest in their people, they reward and compensate their people. The upper management, training plans and overall team spirit is amazing, and especially if you consider colleagues who have never received face-to-face training, from all over the world and who have never met each other. Lots of training activities, opportunities to advance in education and career, and on top of everything great, literate, well-trained and bonded teams. This is the place to work for!

Cons

The only drawback I can identify at the very short time of 4 months being a member of the Labcorp team, is the work-life balance, which is very common for the specific sector, though. However, I believe this also comes with experience, which when incorporated into good (time) management, it can only make the balance work in favor of the employee.

Pros

It has taught me what I do not want in an employer It gave me experience for way better opportunities It made me realize that being a good worker doesn’t always mean being rewarded

Cons

When injured from being overworked and exhausted , they treated me like trash When compassion fatigue hit— they judged and questioned whether I belonged there rather than understood People make up rumors about you even if you didn’t do anything (it’s like a catty high school in there) Having one bad day constitutes you getting pulled in the office to be scolded If you’re a good worker, and you get your stuff done efficiently, they stuff you with more work Many individuals treat the animals like trash and are covered up by management if they are the “favorites” Most of the trainers there are absolutely catty people and will talk behind your back if you’re “too slow” or “not learning fast enough”
