- Super high trust. Right down to holiday days - you are treated like an adult and trusted to make adult decisions about what you work on, when you're available, what you think is important to work on. - Organised chaos environment - no bureaucracy to get in the way of doing anything. - Fully remote teams. Never been a mention of "return to office" once. Entire teams are globally distributed. - Amazing benefits. EV car, cycle to work scheme, child day care - Kraken has saved me so much just through workplace benefits. - Highly motivated, intelligent people. Everyone really wants to be there and puts in a lot of effort (a positive system of my first point). - We are solving real problems. We are actually making a difference in the climate fight.
Cons
- Organised chaos. Big things happen quite last minute without much warning. However - the big things are usually well supported by the team. - So much going on it is hard to keep track (if you care to see the whole picture all the time).
