We also have a lot of room to run laterally in our roles - we are not confined by a job description or set list of responsibilities - we have the ability to jump into projects and take on work that solves problems for the organization and that we are passionate about.
Cons
You are restricted for growth within Koch if you do not live in Wichita. Atlanta and Chicago have a lot of opportunities within GP and Molex, but if you are not in one of those major hubs it can be a challenge to grow beyond the role today.
