      Benefits Parental leave 9/80s schedule Vacation Growth

      Cons

      Hostile to any outsiders. Complete disregard for good engineering practices. Locals lack any manners or regular behavior. Hired brand new, no experience engineers right out of college. This plant is heading towards a dangerous incident at some point if it continues to ignore requirements.
