Pros

Some sites still have good talented individuals left; but they are dwindling

Cons

Supervisors in general that are put in the position are incompetent. There are some good ones, but most are out of touch completely from a technical standpoint as well as what their team is all about and the work they do. Practice Rank and Yank - terrible for moral and all employees know that this is going on ; simply because some supervisors do not do a good job of keeping confidential things very quiet Send political based emails and literature through mail to your home. Most find this completely disrespectful and also creates a hostile environment. Employees would be fired if they did this, so why does management or CEO think its OK? MBM guiding principles we need to follow: Others refer to the 10 commandments. Management does not walk the talk. Its a one way street Very behind in technology. This company was formed from employees of other Koch based companies. We went from high technology to the stone age. We offer up solutions and we are told to stop talking for the most part Once the job market picks up for all areas of the country the good people will ge gone and this company will be in severe jeopardy We often wonder if Charles really knows what is going on here....

Pros

Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

Cons

The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
