      Pros

      Super busy, but can take breaks when needed at any point as long as the floor isnt crazy busy. Food is great

      Cons

      They will fire you for any reason they seem fit. I was there for 4 months, and i saw around 7 people come and go already. I was fired for things out of my control (but they dont care if you are newer)

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      Great feedback and learning opportunities, they stress finding work that fits you. Very flexible on moving around roles

      The plano office is heavy on tax, and I am the only woman in the finance department
