Pros

Brand name. KGI, the parent company of KSPS is a stable company with high moral values. They are systematic in their approach to day-to-day business development and moral direction of each company.

Cons

Unlike KGI, KSPS offers lower than average compensation commensurate with responsibilities. By design, KSPS upper management leverages the KGI benefits (pension, 401K, etc.) in order to pay their sales personnel below the market average. While this offers a temporary positive impact on the bottom line reported to KGI, the long term negative impact to the bottom line outweighs any immediate gains due to employee apathy, which severely impacts opportunity costs.

Pros

Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

Cons

The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
