Business Outlook
Pros
Their business model is very interesting. The way Koch approaches business is unique and very successful. An entrepreneur could learn from them. The salary is good but negotiate that UPFRONT. Their policy on giving raises doesn't lean towards the employee. At least if you have the salary you want upfront you'll know your getting your worth!
Cons
Upper management support of employees isn't there very much. Some supervisors are too far removed from the day to day activities of their reports that they don't seem to understand what it takes to make their department successful.
