      Pros

      4 on 4 off schedule is nice

      Cons

      Safety when it’s convenient type of company. Management is ok with operators getting into a lock box and moving locks to set up the next shift for failure. Safety rules bent and broken daily and management turns a blind eye to it.

      Such a great atmosphere. The company focuses on adding the most mutual benefit for all parties. Helps you grow, and create meaningful relationships.

      The plano office is heavy on tax, and I am the only woman in the finance department
