      Pros

      Best company I have ever worked for. I control my schedule and hence my income. Company grows by providing quality service and products.

      Cons

      Incentives and raises should be based on departmental contributions and not overall company performance. If the markets drag down one department while another one performs well, rewards should not be averaged.
