Pros

The salary increments are competitive and generally better than the current market standards.

Cons

There is no real job security. Employees are often terminated quietly, and this seems to happen throughout the year. • Although the company promotes PBM (Principle-Based Management) as a core value, in reality many managers use PBM as a tool to deny increments or justify silent terminations. • The HR department has very limited authority, and managers can make major decisions, including termination, without proper justification or transparency. • If you are currently unemployed and need a job immediately, this company may be an option. However, if you are looking for long-term stability and growth, this may not be the right place, as the environment can make you feel insecure about your future.

Pros

Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

Cons

The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
