Pros

Salary on time Good Office Infrastructure

Cons

The PBM tool is often misused as a convenient way to remove people rather than genuinely manage performance. Rules are easily bent to fit management’s agenda. The U.S. leadership holds complete control and treats the India team as executors with little or no voice. The U.S. leaders are highly insecure and resistant to ideas from others. Even constructive feedback or innovative suggestions are seen as a threat. India leaders mostly act as puppets, afraid to disagree or support their teams. It’s a culture of fear — anyone who speaks up risks being targeted. Leaders and employees are often fired overnight without proper reasoning or discussion — there have been multiple such cases. This creates a constant sense of instability and insecurity within teams. Many leaders focus on saving their own positions or moving to other Koch entities instead of building trust or driving meaningful change.

Pros

Good insurance. The Atlanta office was more flexible with remote/hybrid work

Cons

The politics. People devalue teammates. Constantly changing direction so no meaningful impact can be made. Not a lot of diversity. If you don’t ask how someone’s kids are, you get complaints that you’re cold and difficult. Got there and a reorg killed the reason I was hired and was never provided with any sort of hope of growth opportunities.
