Moreover, they don't have any good background of management, finance, informatic programs... - Inexistent promotions or international visibility (Eventhough the group has an international structure), management won't let people move on. -Ancient processes and systems. -Very manual and administrative tasks. You won't learn almost anything in your whole working experience. -Very high workload -Bad working environment
