      Great absence policy, an annual raise for up to 5 years, & very reliable hours.

      Cons

      Always viewed as replaceable, not very consist in way they let you run a machine.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
