Pros

- Well known organization. - Opportunity to learn and increase knowledge. - Opportunity to work in various and challenging projects. - Good quality products and one of the market leaders in the business. - Insanely high salaries and benefits for upper class employees.

Cons

- Company values are only on paper. - Constant change of company structure and goal plans. - Very little resources to aid in day-to-day work requirements. - Racial and sex discrimination. - HR is disrespectful and extremely racist (it's a Mafia). - Very low salaries for middle and lower class employees. - Workplace environment is filthy and depressing. - Scope of responsibilities are unlimited. - Insane work loads and working hours. - Responsibilities are not evenly distributed among team members. - Promotions are awarded based on politics and not on performance. - Vacations are rejected for the smallest reasons (even during emergencies).

Pros

Decent base pay and fast paced work makes the days go by quickly. Lately the company has been actually investing in their new product lines ever since Joakim became our CEO.

Cons

The compensation is lacking. No bonuses whatsoever for senior level engineers even when they're recognized as a key contributor on the team. We are given our 401k match on March 1st to cover the previous year's matches so you lose out on a lot of the year's market gains. The healthcare coverage is mediocre at best for a fortune 500 company. The raises are still given like it's 2018; 3% is considered a "good" merit increase. This is due to the "forced distribution" merit increase system where only "so many" people can receives "above expectations" raises.
