Like most large companies with a sales force - Work ethic and travel are a must. However, many of their solutions are easy to sell with the right knowledge and skills.

Cons

Live and die by the spreadsheet. Johnson Controls talks about account management, but does not practice in any way. They sell a solution to a customer and walk away.
