      -Management is more interested in keeping the Pune R&D as the "cost effective" center, as such offered compensation suffers sometimes -Rigid management -Very few sponsored team building events, almost none

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
