      Good atmosphere, fair working conditions, as an individual facility, not as a whole.

      Cons

      Working for such a large company, you become just a number $$. If you like to have your input heard, for improvements and such this company is not for you.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
