      Company invests in its employees, great training programs and good pay. They trust their employees and give you a lot of space if you do your job.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities unless you are in Milwaukee. Aloft of changes over very small time period. I had my management changed over 3 times in the last year.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
