Pros

There is so much ability to implement your own ideas, and make them work. I do like the amount of time off allowed, and also the app used for time off, and pay information is super easy to use.

Cons

Since this company is still new, there are a lot of SOP's that need to be put in place so everyday work runs smoothly. There was no training when I was hired, and I struggled to learn internal applications. Initially was hired in a hybrid role but due to the start up nature, I am in the office which was unexpected. Work life balance is non-existent but again, this company is still new in the US.

Pros

Working as an Onsite Manager with Job&Talent has been a rewarding and fast-paced experience. The role provides strong exposure to operations, workforce management, and client partnership, which has allowed me to grow significantly both professionally and personally. Job&Talent empowers onsite leaders to truly own their site — from onboarding and attendance management to employee relations and day-to-day problem solving. The environment encourages accountability, adaptability, and creative thinking. Leadership is supportive and accessible, and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration between internal teams and client partners. I also appreciate the opportunity to make a direct impact on employees’ experience. Supporting associates, helping them succeed, and being a consistent HR presence onsite is one of the most fulfilling parts of the role.

Cons

The role can be demanding at times, especially in high-volume environments, but this comes with the territory of onsite workforce management. Strong organization and time management are key.
