Pros

Your onsite labor coordinator will most likely amazing! They are considered the same to the company as you so they will understand your barriers and try their best to use internal contacts to resolve your issues. If you are just looking for something as a placeholder and you're not too concerned about getting hurt at work, this is the option for you.

Cons

The corporate level, non-existent at best. Also, unless you fight and advocate for yourself heavily, they will do nothing to help with career advancement, quite the opposite actually. This is nothing but a dead end, "almost" means to an end for week to week survival placement company. Do not bank on this being a viable long-term career move at tier 1 employee level.

Pros

Working as an Onsite Manager with Job&Talent has been a rewarding and fast-paced experience. The role provides strong exposure to operations, workforce management, and client partnership, which has allowed me to grow significantly both professionally and personally. Job&Talent empowers onsite leaders to truly own their site — from onboarding and attendance management to employee relations and day-to-day problem solving. The environment encourages accountability, adaptability, and creative thinking. Leadership is supportive and accessible, and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration between internal teams and client partners. I also appreciate the opportunity to make a direct impact on employees’ experience. Supporting associates, helping them succeed, and being a consistent HR presence onsite is one of the most fulfilling parts of the role.

Cons

The role can be demanding at times, especially in high-volume environments, but this comes with the territory of onsite workforce management. Strong organization and time management are key.
