Pros

I’ve work with a few agencies in my time, some good and some not so good. But Job&Talent seems to be a cut above the rest. The sign up process was quick, efficient and pretty straightforward. The assignments are consistent with extra shifts on the end of a text. And the team there are very communicative, helpful and very responsive particularly James who responded to my application, signed me up and got me my first assignment. Nice1 James much appreciated 👍🏽 They also have an app that works great. They have recently updated this app with a new clocking in feature that allows you to track your hours of work. All in all job&Talent seems to be a really good agency to work with.

Cons

Good communication, efficient, responsive and up to date.

Pros

Working as an Onsite Manager with Job&Talent has been a rewarding and fast-paced experience. The role provides strong exposure to operations, workforce management, and client partnership, which has allowed me to grow significantly both professionally and personally. Job&Talent empowers onsite leaders to truly own their site — from onboarding and attendance management to employee relations and day-to-day problem solving. The environment encourages accountability, adaptability, and creative thinking. Leadership is supportive and accessible, and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration between internal teams and client partners. I also appreciate the opportunity to make a direct impact on employees’ experience. Supporting associates, helping them succeed, and being a consistent HR presence onsite is one of the most fulfilling parts of the role.

Cons

The role can be demanding at times, especially in high-volume environments, but this comes with the territory of onsite workforce management. Strong organization and time management are key.
