Pros

Work in JT has many pros but if I have to remark some of them, they would be related to the commodity of working here. They would be the company culture, the very professional colleagues and the work-life balance JT offers to their employees. Besides, you have the possibility of working remotely or going to the office, is up to you, which lets the employees to adapt theirselves to their personal situations. Is a very good place to work. Related to the day-to-day, is very exciting and motivating to have such a social and impactful mission. Trying to find temporary jobs to people who have not one is good, but also trying them to concatenate more and more temporary jobs until they feel they are working in a permanent one, is so challenging because is something different. And as a Data Analyst, the technologies that JT uses and the ambition to be a full data driven company makes total sense to be a Data Analyst in JT. Also, managers are quite senior and capable of guiding us to be better each day, to take care of the quality of the outputs we generate, and also and more important thing, to progress in our career and keep developing and discovering new skills.

Cons

For the moment, the only thing I can share in this section is that some processes seems to me a little slow, but nothing that don't happen in big companies. The more employees the company has, the slower the processes are. And here I'm also biased by my previous work experiences.

Working as an Onsite Manager with Job&Talent has been a rewarding and fast-paced experience. The role provides strong exposure to operations, workforce management, and client partnership, which has allowed me to grow significantly both professionally and personally. Job&Talent empowers onsite leaders to truly own their site — from onboarding and attendance management to employee relations and day-to-day problem solving. The environment encourages accountability, adaptability, and creative thinking. Leadership is supportive and accessible, and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration between internal teams and client partners. I also appreciate the opportunity to make a direct impact on employees’ experience. Supporting associates, helping them succeed, and being a consistent HR presence onsite is one of the most fulfilling parts of the role.

Cons

The role can be demanding at times, especially in high-volume environments, but this comes with the territory of onsite workforce management. Strong organization and time management are key.
