Pros

Jobandtalent is a great place for people that want to take ownership and drive initiatives. The company is really making an impact on society and economy, and as an employee you can have a massive influence on that. The culture is based on humility and collaboration - I have never experienced such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. As a remote-first company, Jobandtalent gives you the chance to choose where you'd like to work. This is a big plus for me as well.

Cons

The company reached an important phase in its life, with a push for professionalizing across all areas. You can see that a lot of processes are in the middle of being created and tested right now, so sometimes it can be a bit chaotic - but everyone is always more than happy to help or step out of their comfort zone to make things work.

Pros

Working as an Onsite Manager with Job&Talent has been a rewarding and fast-paced experience. The role provides strong exposure to operations, workforce management, and client partnership, which has allowed me to grow significantly both professionally and personally. Job&Talent empowers onsite leaders to truly own their site — from onboarding and attendance management to employee relations and day-to-day problem solving. The environment encourages accountability, adaptability, and creative thinking. Leadership is supportive and accessible, and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration between internal teams and client partners. I also appreciate the opportunity to make a direct impact on employees’ experience. Supporting associates, helping them succeed, and being a consistent HR presence onsite is one of the most fulfilling parts of the role.

Cons

The role can be demanding at times, especially in high-volume environments, but this comes with the territory of onsite workforce management. Strong organization and time management are key.
