The company is really making an impact on society and economy, and as an employee you can have a massive influence on that. The culture is based on humility and collaboration - I have never experienced such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. As a remote-first company, Jobandtalent gives you the chance to choose where you'd like to work. This is a big plus for me as well.

The company reached an important phase in its life, with a push for professionalizing across all areas. You can see that a lot of processes are in the middle of being created and tested right now, so sometimes it can be a bit chaotic - but everyone is always more than happy to help or step out of their comfort zone to make things work.
