Pros

Job&Talent is a fast-paced and supportive environment that really allows you to grow professionally. There’s a strong focus on teamwork, problem-solving, and delivering quality service to clients and candidates. The business is constantly evolving, which keeps the role interesting and gives you exposure to different challenges and opportunities. As a Manager, I’ve had the chance to develop leadership skills, improve operational processes, and work closely with both clients and internal teams. The role offers autonomy, trust, and the opportunity to make a real impact at branch level.

Cons

Like any operational role, it can be demanding at times, especially during peak periods. However, the support from colleagues and management helps balance this out.

Pros

Working as an Onsite Manager with Job&Talent has been a rewarding and fast-paced experience. The role provides strong exposure to operations, workforce management, and client partnership, which has allowed me to grow significantly both professionally and personally. Job&Talent empowers onsite leaders to truly own their site — from onboarding and attendance management to employee relations and day-to-day problem solving. The environment encourages accountability, adaptability, and creative thinking. Leadership is supportive and accessible, and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration between internal teams and client partners. I also appreciate the opportunity to make a direct impact on employees’ experience. Supporting associates, helping them succeed, and being a consistent HR presence onsite is one of the most fulfilling parts of the role.

Cons

The role can be demanding at times, especially in high-volume environments, but this comes with the territory of onsite workforce management. Strong organization and time management are key.
