Pros

One of the best things I've experienced at Jaipur is strong "family" environment that is established between coworkers. Even throughout the different departments, everyone encourages each other and works together. Management does an excellent job of making sure the employees feel appreciated whether it's through companies parties, BBQs, trainings, etc. you can tell that they really invest in their people. Jaipur is definitely a growing company and I'm excited to see what's on the horizon for them.

Cons

There are some employees who engage in office gossip, but if you choose to focus on your work and avoid negative conversations, you'll be fine.

Thank you for this review! At Jaipur, all of us have become family, not just the family members themselves. Yes, there are a few who still engage in office gossip, but it is becoming less of an issue since others are now holding each other accountable for their actions as well as their behavior.
