This is not an independent non profit organization. It is a resource of Jaipur Rugs Company pvt. Ltd. Which use it to hire employees unethically, so that they don't have to pay benefits like, paid leaves, medical benefits etc. And also they find ease in firing the employee. Highly political environment with uneducated people, management is consist of non professional uneducated promoted supervisors. They tell the world that they support rural artisans to earn a good livelihood. But in Actuall they harass them to be bound labourer. Any labourer can't earn more that 100 rupees a day after 8-9 hrs. Hardship, Although they are working for more than 5-6 years for company.
