During my time at the company, we faced challenges related to understaffing, particularly at this larger location. Despite our best efforts, we struggled with maintaining a safe working environment. The warehouse was frequently overcrowded, requiring staff to navigate through densely packed shelves and boxes, which posed safety risks. With a small team and multiple responsibilities, including customer support, we were unable to keep up with restocking and inventory management. Although we attempted to address these concerns with management, communication proved to be difficult, hindering our ability to find effective solutions.
