      Pros

      Flat company structure, plenty of opportunity to give feedback on processes and standards. Rewarding place to take initiative.

      Cons

      For my preference, the tasks are too fleshed out by the functional consultant, leaving me to just execute the changes without much thinking needed. Not so stimulating.
